Return/Refund Policy

Some materials are not returnable to J&W PharmLab, including leaking or damaged chemicals, items with missing or illegible labels, and opened materials.Requests for returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the materials. Returned shipments will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Up to a 25% restocking fee applies to any returns not resulting from our actions. You will also still be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. If it is necessary to return any materials, please contact us via e-mail or telephone for further instruction ASAP.
